If a package is damaged during the shipping process the box may be returned for a full refund. However, due to the fresh nature of henna all sales are final.
LifeArt ships using flat rate priority mail. The packages arrive at most destinations in the US in 2 to 3 days. It is fast and cost effective. Although MUD can be comprimised at room temperature, the time spent in the mail is figured into the curing time of the product. So, when it arrives it will be staining darker than when it is shipped. It is good for about a week in the mail. In addition, because of the fragile nature of the henna and its weight considerations this is by far our favorite way to ship. Overnight and other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us. We do not ship outside the US.
We allow for up to seven days in the mail, the average is two to three days in transit. This time spent out of the freezer allows the henna to cure. That means when your receive the henna it is better than when we ship. However, if your not going to use it all right away, store frozen. Unfrozen the henna is active and eventually loses its staining power.
